Мошенническая схема с абонементами на массаж в Ambassador Plaza Hotel! Требуют незаконную комиссию 44% при возврате!
Остерегайтесь мошенничества с абонементами на массаж! Хочу предупредить других туристов о недобросовестной практике отеля Ambassador Plaza Hotel. 21.08.2025 мы приобрели абонемент на сеансы массажа на сумму 12500 рублей (125 $). Когда наши планы изменились, мы вежливо отказались от услуги и попросили вернуть деньги.
Несмотря на устные обещания и наши многократные просьбы, администрация отеля отказывается возвращать оплату. Нам не предоставили никаких письменных условий, запрещающих возврат. Это абсолютное пренебрежение правами потребителей.
Мы уже направили официальную претензию руководству отеля и готовы обратиться в турецкие органы по защите прав потребителей (Tketici Sorunlar Hakem Heyeti). Очень жаль, что из-за таких действий портится общее впечатление от отдыха в этом отеле.
Настоятельно не рекомендую покупать какие-либо дополнительные услуги в этом отеле, так как вы рискуете потерять свои деньги без возможности возврата.
Beware of massage package fraud! I want to warn other tourists about the unethical practices of the Ambassador Plaza Hotel. On August 21, 2025, we purchased a massage package worth 12,500 RUB (125 USD). When our plans changed, we politely declined the service and requested a refund.
Despite verbal promises and our repeated requests, the hotel administration refuses to return the payment. We were not provided with any written terms and conditions prohibiting a refund. This is a complete disregard for consumer rights.
We have already sent an official complaint to the hotel management and are prepared to contact Turkish consumer protection authorities (Tketici Sorunlar Hakem Heyeti). It is very disappointing that such actions spoil the overall impression of vacationing in Turkey.
I strongly advise against purchasing any additional services at this hotel, as you risk losing your money with no possibility of a refund.
